Health Coaching

As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I create a safe and supportive space to help you articulate your health goals, clarify the challenges, and remove the roadblocks as you work toward your goals. Your goals might be losing or gaining weight, managing stress better, increasing energy level, sleeping better at night, reversing a chronic disease, or all of the above. And I, through highly effective coaching techniques, help you develop self-awareness around your likes, dislikes, habits, patterns, stories, and mindsets… all these inner workings that guide our decisions and motivations.

 

In other words, I help you connect the dots and see patterns in behaviors that underly the causes of your health challenges. I then recommend strategies and tools to help you implement day-to-day, measurable, easy-to-accomplish action steps that suit your needs and lifestyle, thus bringing about changes.
