Based on quantum physics, the invisible, ever-changing fields of energy, both within and around us, is what creates and sustains matter. We collapse the energetic wave form into matter when we focus on something. Such wave matter is what we perceive as “reality.” This research not only unveils a new direction to understand the world we live in, but also has huge implication for healing. It means that if we can learn to tap into the field consciously, we can create our own reality for better health and life.

People who practice chi-gong know that when they focus their attention to certain part of the body, the energy flow, often manifested as warm and tingling sensations, will be directed to the particular body part. Our thoughts are energy, too. When we think certain ways, we create our own reality out of those thought patterns. And whatever we think in our mind creates biochemical effects in our body. Neuroscience tells us that the vast majority of people operate only 5 % of the time in conscious state, and 95% out of subconscious mind. Unfortunately, our subconscious mind was formed and programed by age 7 with mostly negative and disempowering thoughts and beliefs. 

 

In bioenergetic sense, the negative thoughts, beliefs and behaviors create distortions and blockages in our body field, eventually leading to physical symptoms and diseases.
